摘　　要：埃及高等教育质量保障和认证计划,是正在实施的埃及高等教育战略发展规划中最重要的项目之一。其核心内容包括目标、原则与机构的设立、指标体系框架的制定、操作程序的规范等。计划实施之后,成效显著,但仍存在缺陷,面临挑战。Higher Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation Project is one of the most important projects of Egyptian higher education development strategies which are being implemented. The core content of the project includes setting up objects,principles and organizations,formulating criterion system as well as operation process standards,etc.. On the terms of its results of implementation,it has achieved remarkable effectiveness, but at the same time, it exists some defects and faces some challenges.
