摘　　要：斯坦福大学一直以其独具特色的人才培养模式受到世界的瞩目。其"实用教育"理念,高规格的"领军人才"培养目标,综合性的学科专业设置,模块化的课程体系,多样化的培养方式及多元化的人才评价体系等,形成了在形式上以"产学研一体化"和内涵上"以优异与广博相结合"为特征的人才培养模式,为我国大学正在进行的人才培养模式改革提供了可资借鉴的范例。Stanford University attracts worldwide attention by its particular model of talents cultivation. Its concept of practical education, the high-standard aim of cultivating talents who are the future social leaders, the setting of integrative disciplines and specialities,the modularizing curriculum system,multiple talents cultivation modes and multivariate talents evaluation system, etc. ,have formed the features of the talent cultivation model, which makes production,study and research integrated in form, and combines excellence and extensiveness together in connotation. It can be an example for our universities to reform the model of talents cultivation in China.
