等温容器温度特性的数值仿真研究

摘  要:等温容器是用来测试气动元件流量特性的一种装置,其温度特性对测试结果的精度起决定作用。把等温容器内的填充物看作具有较大空隙率的多孔介质,用数值仿真的方法研究等温容器的等温特性。尽管仿真结果与试验结果有一定差异,但趋势相同,且能反映一定的规律。最重要的是仿真方法比试验方法省时节能,降低成本。The isothermal chamber is a kind of test devices for flow rate characteristics of pneumatic components, and its temperature characteristics is critical to the accuracy of test results. In this paper, the stuffers in the isothermal chamber are considered as porous medium with large porosity, and the temperature characteristics are studied by numerical simulation. Though there are differences between simulations and experiments, they have same trends and the law of change can be seen front the simulation results. It is more important that the simulation method is timesaving and energy-saving and cost-reducing.
