摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定健脾颗粒中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液(20∶80),检测波长为283nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:橙皮苷的检测浓度在9.92～99.75μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=0.2%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于健脾颗粒的质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish HPLC method for the determination of the conent of hesperidin in Jianpi granules （granules for invigorating the spleen）. METHODS： Kromasil C18（200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm） was used as the chromatographic column, and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.3% phosphoric acid solution （20 ： 80） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min^-1 under a detection wavelength of 283 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of hesperidin was 9.92-- 99.75μg·mL^-l（r = 0.999 9） with an average recovery rate of 99.1% （RSD = 0.2%, n = 6） . CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Jianpi granules.
