贝氏隐孢子虫PCR诊断试剂盒的应用

摘　　要：运用首次研制的贝氏隐孢子虫PCR诊断试剂盒于2007年9月至2008年3月对广东省广州、佛山两地家禽的215份粪便样品进行了贝氏隐孢子虫感染的实际检测，并与常规检测方法，如饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法、改良抗酸染色法进行了比较。结果显示，该试剂盒的检出率比常规检测方法提高了4.54—6.25个百分点。证实该试剂盒具有特异、敏感等优点，对开展隐孢子虫病的鉴别诊断和分子流行病学调查具有重要的应用价值。Two hundred and fifteen fecal specimens from Guangzhou Prefecture and Foshan Prefecture in Guangdong Province were examined for Cryptosporidium baileyi using the PCR diagnostic kit from September 2007 to March 2008, and the results were compared with those of the saturated sugar solution flotation method and the acid-fast stain technique. The detection rate of the kit was 4.54%-6.25% higher than those of the conventional methods. The results showed that the PCR diagnostic kit could detect samples lastly, more sensitively and more conveniently, and could provide a useful tool for the identification and differentiation of C. baileyi from other Cryptosporidium species, and also could be applied to molecular epide-miological investigation and diagnosis of cryptosporidiosis between human and animals.
