摘　　要：用系统的思想和方法对多基因复杂性疾病进行研究的关键是要采取中医的整体性策略,完整地把握人体水平的病理生理变化特性,并进行"自上而下式"的还原分析,直至在分子水平上阐明疾病的发生和发展机制。"系统生物学"的研究方法更符合多基因复杂性疾病的特点,能够充分发扬中医学的优势,有力推动中医学和西方现代医学研究的汇聚和融合。The key to applying systematic thoughts and methods in the research of polygenic, complicated diseases is to adopt the holistic strategy of Chinese medicine, in which the pathological and physiological characteristics are grasped as a whole, using top-down analysis to discover the outbreak and progression mechanism on the molecular level. Systems biology, meeting the requirement for treating polygenic, complicated diseases, can give Chinese medicine advantages a full play to achieve the integration with western modern medicine.
