女性更年期抑郁症中西医结合治疗的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:比较西药加服自拟中药解郁汤与单纯应用西药治疗女性更年期抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将68例女性更年期抑郁症患者随机分为2组,分别应用西药加服自拟中药解郁汤与单纯应用西药治疗,疗程4周,用汉密顿抑郁量表(17项,HAMD)评定临床疗效。结果:4周末2组总有效率、HAMD评分均有显著性差异。结论:西药加服自拟中药解郁汤治疗抑郁症的临床效果优于单纯应用西药。Objective：The multi-drug therapeutic regime, Fluoxetine plus self-prescribed Chinese medicinal decoction of depression-relieving, was compared with Fluoxetine for the efficacy for female menopausal depression. Methods：Sixty-eight female patients with menopausal depression were randomly assigned to the two treatments for a course of 4 weeks, and evaluated according to Hamilton depression scale （17 items, HAMD）. Results：At the end of treatment, the total effective rates and scores of HAMD scale turned out significant differences among the two groups. Conclusion：The multi-drug therapeutic regime of Fluoxetine plus self-prescribed Chinese medicinal decoction of depression-relieving was more effective than using Fluoxetine alone for treatment of depression.
