摘  要:应用PH3与CO2混合熏蒸机(AlP剂量为1.5g/m3)熏蒸用聚氯乙烯薄膜五面封的露天垛。该垛气密性从3000pa到1500pa,压力半衰期15min.熏蒸期间用PH3快速检测管测定PH3浓度。垛上、中、下层的浓度分别为0.23、0.40和0.49(mg/L),CT积分别为60.44、88.18和102.14(mg·h/L).全垛平均浓度CT积为83.59(mg·h/L),熏蒸第10dPH3的平均浓度仍保持在有效浓度以上.熏蒸后检查发现:不仅将垛内发生的书虱、HH3敏感试虫玉米象和赤拟谷盗成虫全部杀死,而且还将PH3抗性害虫米象(Rf=27.87)和谷蠹(Rf=7.8)成虫全部杀死。结果表明PH3与CO2混合熏蒸在良好的密封条件下,可以有效地防治PH3抗性害虫和书虱.A outdoor grain stack covered with a polyethylene sheet of 0.14mm thick was fumigated with mixture of phosphine and carbon dioxide coming from a generator. The nominal dosage of phosphine was 0. 5g/m3. The gastightness of the stack was measured bypressure test,the half-life decay from 3000pa to 1500pa was 15 min. Phosphine concentration was monitored rapidIy through a detecting tube. During 10-day fumigation,themean concentration of the top,middle and bottom of the stack were 0. 23,0. 40 and 0. 49mg/L respectively,and the concentration by time product (CT) of them were 60. 44,88.18 and 102. 14mg·h/L. The mean CT products of whole stack was 83. 59 mg·h/L.After fumigation,the results indicated that not only Liposcelis spp.,Sitophilus zeamaisand Tribolium castaneum of susceptable to phosphine were killed completely but alsoSitophilus oryzae (Rf27. 87) and Rhyzopertha dominica (Af7. 8) of resistance to phosphine were killed thoroughly.
