摘  要:目的研究硫酸铜对玉米根尖细胞遗传毒性效应。方法以玉米根尖为实验材料,用0.05、0.10、0.25、0.50、1.00g/L的硫酸铜溶液为诱变剂,处理24h,测定玉米根尖细胞的有丝分裂指数、微核率和染色体畸变率。结果与对照组比较,0.05、0.10、0.25、0.50、1.00g/L硫酸铜溶液组玉米根尖细胞的微核率和有丝分裂指数以及0.05、0.10、0.25、0.50g/L硫酸铜溶液组玉米根尖细胞的染色体畸变率较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论硫酸铜对玉米根尖细胞有明显的遗传毒性效应。Objective To investigate the cytogenetic toxic effects of copper sulfate on root tip cells of Zea mays L Methods The root tip cells of Zea mays L were treated by copper sulfate as mutagen at the doses of 0.05,0.10,0.25,0.50,1.00 g/L for 24 hours. The mitotic index, the micronucleus rate and the chromosome aberration rate of tip cells of Zea mays L were measured. Results Compared with the negative control group, the micronucleus rates and the mitotic index in 0.05,0.10,0.25,0.50,1.00 g/L groups and the chromosome aberration rates in 0.05,0.10,0.25,0.50 g/L groups increased significantly (P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion Copper sulfate has cytogenetic toxic effects on the root tip cells of Zea mays L.
