摘　　要：由于人们认识能力与司法能力的局限性,刑事错案的发生已成为世界性难题。通过对美国刑事错案救济制度介绍与分析,不难发现美国刑事错案救济制度有其先进之处,值得借鉴与吸收,这将对我国刑事错案救济制度的建构带来启示性作用。Because of the limited capacity of people and judicial, the criminal misjudged cases have become a world problem. By introducing and analsizing relief system for the criminal misjudged cases in the United States, we easily find it is worth drawing and absorbing in because of its advance, which may have enlightening role for the construction of china＇s relief system for the criminal misjudged cases.
