对山东省体育教育专业大学生心理健康状况的调查研究

摘　　要：采用症状自评量表SCL-90对体育教育专业的500名大学生进行心理健康状况调查,结果表明:(1)有中度以上心理障碍者为11.97%,SCL-90中9项因子全部因子分均值高于全国常模;(2)男生强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性因子分均值高于女生,只有躯体化、恐怖因子分均值低于女生;(3)低年级学生的人际关系敏感和偏执2个因子分高于高年级学生且差异非常显著.根据调查结果提出改善心理健康的若干建议.500 undergraduates majoring in P. E. have been measured in SCL-90. Theresults indicate that the situation of psychological health of P. E. majoring are as follows：1） At least 11.97 percent of the students surveyed suffer the psychological problem, and every index is significantly higher than the average of students in China;2） The male are higher than the female in compulsion, distress,anxiety, hostility,bigoted action and mental factors,except bodied and terror factors;3） About social sensibilities and bigoted action,the rain factors are apparent difference at different grades. According to above,it is proposed to provide some suggestion to improve psychological health.
