摘　　要：党的十七大报告首次把"生态文明"这一理念写进党的行动纲领,这既是我国多年来在环境保护与可持续发展方面所取得成果的总结,也是对人与自然关系所取得的最重要认识成果的继承和发展。它对我国的现代化建设和构建和谐社会有着十分重要的意义,必将在建设中国特色社会主义过程中产生重大影响。The report to the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC) makes ecological civilization concept into the party's program of action,which not only summarizes our achievements in environmental protection and sustainable development for many years,but also inherits and develops the important cognition concerning relation between human and nature.It's significant to China's modernization and building a harmonious society,this will have great and far-reaching influence in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
