摘　　要：目的观察升血宁对防治多发性骨髓瘤贫血的作用。方法对32例患者进行6个周期的治疗。化疗前1周开始给予生血宁口服，每周1次，连续治疗6个月。结果本组均按时完成6个周期的化疗。治疗前后血红蛋白无明显降低，治疗过程中也未发现明显肝肾功能损害、血液粘稠度增加和血压升高者。结论多发性骨髓瘤患者在化疗过程中应用生血宁口服，能有效防治化疗相关性贫血，提高肿瘤治疗效果，改善患者生活质量。Objective： The observation rises the blood rather to prevent and control sends the myeloma anemia function. Method： Carries on for 6 cyclical to 32 example patients the treatments. The chemotherapy previous 1 week starts to give lives the blood rather to take orally, each week 1 time, treats continuously for 6 months. Result： This group on time completes for 6 cyclical the chemotherapies. Around the treatment thehemoglobin reduces not obviously, in course of treatment discovery obvioushepatorenal functionharm, blood stickiness increase and blood pressure ascension. Conclusion： Sends the myeloma patient to apply in the chemotherapy process lives the blood rather to take orally, can prevent and control the chemotherapy relevant anemia effectively, enhances the tumor treatment result, improves the patient quality of life.
