摘　　要：本文阐述了高校人事制度改革对教师思想状况所带来的负面影响，分析了高校人事制度改革中应当解决的问题，提出了需要采取的对策。In this paper adverse influences on faculty＇ s ideological status caused by personnel system reform in universities were presented. Problems which should be solved to improve the faculty＇ s ideological status were analyzed. Countermeasures taken to resolve the existing problems of the faculty＇ s ideological status in the process of personnel system reform were proposed.
