中药消核丸合用环磷酰胺抑瘤作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药复方消核丸酒提物与化疗药合用能否提高对肿瘤小鼠模型的抑瘤作用。方法复制S180、HP22、Lewis实体瘤小鼠模型，分对照组、化疗组、中药组、中药化疗组。分别灌服饮用水、腹腔注射环磷酰胺、灌服中药复方消核丸酒提物、灌服中药复方消核丸酒提物及注射环磷酰胺，实验时间12天，次日处死小鼠并剥取肿瘤，称取瘤重，计算抑瘤率，试验重复3次。结果中药化疗组平均瘤重较化疗组及中药组明显减轻（P〈0．01或P〈0．05），中药化疗组抑瘤率明显高于化疗组及中药组。结论中药复方消核丸酒提物与化疗药环磷酰胺合用可增强抑瘤作用。Objective： To observe whether the extract from Chinese medicine-xiaohewan combined with chemotherapy drugs can increase the anti-tumor effect in the mouse model. Methods： Set up mouse model of S 180, HP22, Lewis solid tumor, and then divide into the control group, the chemotherapy group, the Chinese Medicines, Chinese medicine chemotherapy group. The four groups were separately threated with intragastric administration with water, intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide, intragastric administration of the extract, intragastric administration of extract and intraperitoneal injections of cyclophosphamide, experimental time of 12 days, the mice were killed the next day and stripping Neoplasms, weight the tumor, calculated inhibitory rate. The experiment were repeated three times. Results： The average weight of Chinese medicine chemotherapy group were significantly lower than Chinese medicine and chemotherapy group （P 〈0.01, or P 〈0.05 ） , The inhibitory rate of Chinese medicine chemotherapy group was significantly higher than the chemotherapy group and the Chinese Medicines group. Conclusion： The extract from Chinese medicine-xiaokewan combined with chemotherapy drugs can increase the anti-tumor effect in the mouse model.
