摘  要:在反求工程中,直接测量得到的数据点云的精度必然存在缺陷,在建模前须进行预处理。文章针对表面积大、厚度薄的物理模型,为得到高精度的测量结果,提出了基于空间三点定位原理的模型测量划分原则,在此基础上利用三点定位进行数据拼合,并通过对曲面、扫描线延伸求交并裁剪的方法进行数据边界处理,最后利用C oons曲面片作为过度面作数据补偿。省去了CAD转换到STL文件格式的过程和三维曲面重构的复杂环节,为零部件的二次开发做准备。With regard to the difficult problem of extracting the accurate parameters from disheveled point cloud,data preprocessing is needed before generating models. A principle about generating models base on the principle of three space points positioning was proposed for the physical mold with large surface and thin thickness, and the data is merged base on be principle of three space points positioning, and then the boundary of point clouds is extracted base on extending and cutting, the gap of the practical part is mended base on Coons as the transitional surface. The conversion process from CAD to STL file and the complex links about three-dimensional surface reconstruction were eliminated.That would prepare for the second design of parts.
