摘  要:为了量化分析路内停车实施以后对路段车流影响,提出设置路内停车对路段交通流形成的延误模型.针对城市最常见的一幅路设置路内停车带的情况,将停车占用道路宽度形成机非混行和停车到达出发形成阻滞作为一个整体进行考虑,根据不同道路机动车交通量到达(离散流、连续流)推导设置路内停车带车辆运行的减速-加速延误模型和跟驰延误模型,在此基础上给出了设置路内停车对路段交通流形成的总延误模型.实例验证结果,该模型计算结果与实测数据基本吻合,误差在10%以内.显示该模型具有较高的精度,能对设计方案的确立起到理论和技术支持.In order to quantitatively analyze the effect on road traffic after setting curb parking in road, a model of road traffic delay caused by curb parking was brought forward. The condition of setting curb parking in one-breadth road was studied in this paper. A delay model was established considering the occupation of road width by curb parking and the vehicles' arriving-leaving as a whole. And with consideration of different traffic flow arrivals which can be divided into discrete flow and sequential flow, a decelerating-accelerating delay model and a follow delay model after setting curb parking were educed. At last, an example was taken to vali- date the road traffic delay model. It is pointed that the calculation results of the model are consistent with the practical data, and the error is less than 10%. It can be concluded that the model can ensure high precision and provide a theoretical and technical support for the scheme design.
