白内障小切口非超乳囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价白内障小切口非超乳囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法对实施该手术的186例192眼临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析手术方式的适宜性、治疗效果及并发症情况。结果术后视力明显提高,0.3及其以上者135眼占70.3%,剩余均在0.05及其以上,脱盲率为100%,且并发症少,手术操作简单。结论该手术方式是治疗白内障的有效方法,操作容易掌握,不需特殊仪器,尤其适合在基层医院开展。Objective To observe the clinic effect of small incision non-phaeo extracapsular cataract extraction and IOL implantation. Methods A retrospect analysis to be given to the 192 eyes of this operation. To analyze the fitness,clinic effect and complication of the operation. Results The eyesight after the operation was improved distinctly. The eyesight of 135 eyes were 0.3 or above 0.3. That made up 70.3%. The rest eyesight were 0.05 or above 0.05 ,the rate of cure made up 100%. Conclusion Small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and IOL implantation was a effective way to cure cataract. The operation way was easy to use and fit to the basic hospital. Because no special instrument needed and the operation skill was simple to be mastered.
