上消化道出血内镜治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜治疗上消化道出血的临床效果。方法138例上消化道出血患者随机分为治疗组70例(内镜下治疗组)与对照组68例(常规治疗加口服止血药物)。结果内镜下治疗上消化道出血总有效率94.3%,未经内镜治疗组总有效率82.0%,两组比较,治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论内镜下治疗上消化道出血是一种安全、方便、创伤小、经济、有效的方法。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of therapeutic endoscopy in upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 138 portients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage was divided into two groups,one has 70 patients,who are under therapeutic endoscopy）,the other group has 68 patients,just get routine therapy （anthemorrhagic medicine）. Results The total effective power under therapeutic endoscopy is 94.3%. The other is 82%. Compare the two group the total effective power under therapeutic endoscopy is precede to the control group. Conclusion The therapeutic endoscopy in upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is a security, convenient,less trauma economics and effective way.
