摘  要:目的:观察探索学习对局灶性脑梗死大鼠神经颗粒素(Ng)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达的影响。方法:健康雄性SD大鼠70只,其中60只电凝法造成右侧大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)模型后,随机分为探索学习组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),假手术组(n=10)仅开颅不电凝大脑中动脉,居于标准笼。探索学习组和对照组分别于术后第1天、7天、14天、28天各组随机选取5只大鼠处死,假手术组分别于7天、28天时随机选取5只大鼠处死,即进行Ng及bFGF免疫组化染色,测定其在脑梗死灶周围皮质的表达情况。结果:探索学习组Ng及bFGF阳性神经元数在第7天、14天、28天明显多于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:探索学习能促进梗死灶周围皮质Ng及bFGF表达。Objective: To study the effects of learning on neurogranin (Ng) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) expressions in peri-infarction cortex of) rats after unilateral local eerebral infarction. Method:Seventy male Sprague- Dawley rats were adopted. After the models of MCAO were established by electric coagulation successfully, rats were randomly divided into learning group (n=30, living in maze cages), control group (n=30, every 5 rats as a subgroup living in large standard cages) and Other 10 rats didn't receive electric coagulation at middle cerebral artery, as sham group living in standard cage. At the 1^th, 7^th, 14^th, 28^th d after MCAO, in learning group and control group 5 rats were randomly sacrificed separately. In sham group 5 rats were randomly sacrificed separately at the 7^th, 28^th d after operation. The expressions of bFGF and Ng in peri-infarction cortex were examined by immunohistochemistry staining. Result: The number of Ng and bFGF labeled ceils in learning group was significomtly more than those in control group at 7^th, 14^th and 28^th day(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Learning could promote expressions of Ng and bFGF in peri-infarction cortex of rats after unilateral local cerebral infarction.
