摘　　要：青光眼是一组以特征性视神经萎缩和视野缺损为共同特征的疾病,是主要的致盲性眼病之一,青光眼动物模型的建立为研究该病的发生发展和预后提供了良好的基础。鼠类较容易利用转基因技术改造和繁殖,并且鼠眼的结构在很多方面与人眼相似,近年来青光眼鼠模型得到了越来越多的应用。从高眼压模型和非高眼压模型两个方面对国内外研究者的建模方法做一综述。Glaucoma is a heterogeneous group of optic neuropathies that shares a similar set of clinical features including optic nerve atrophy and progressive loss of visual field and further results in blindness. To establish suitable animal model is an useful approach to elucidate the etiology and pathology of glaucoma as well as developing novel and more effective therapies. Rodent model of glaucoma has recently become popular as research tool because it is easy to be reformed by transgenic technology and very similar to people＇ constitution. The modeling method of glaucoma in recent years was reviewed in two aspects ： intraocular hypertension and normal intraocular tension.
