摘 要:目的建立大鼠髁突颈部骨折模型,研究髁突骨折对大鼠下颌骨及髁突生长的影响.方法用眼科剪造成雄性SD大鼠单侧髁突颈部横形骨折,以其对侧、非手术组及假手术组作为对照.分别于术后1、3、5、9周处死SD大鼠,行下颌骨及髁突的测量和影像学观察.结果骨折后患侧下颌升支高度、下颌体长度、下颌体宽度及髁突均较健侧及非手术侧小,髁突形态改变.结论动物模型具备良好的可行性及可重复性.髁突颈骨折后,应力改变对下颌骨和髁突的生长具有影响,可导致健、患侧下颌骨及髁突的不对称.Objective To establish rat model of condylar process fracture and to examine the effects of this fracture on condyle and mandibular bone in rats. Methods Unilateral condylar process fracture was performed on SD rats using an eye scissors. Contralateral side, sham-operated group and un-operated group were set up as control groups. All of the rats were killed after 1, 3, 5, or 9 weeks. The measurement and the imageology observation of mandibular and candylar process were conducted. Results The height of the mandibular ramus, the length and width of the mandibular body, and the condyle were smaller on the ipsilateral side than those on the contralateral side and unoperated group. The condyle on the ipsilateral side exhibited morphological changes. Conclusions This rat model of the condylar process fracture shows great practicability and reproducibility. After the fracture, the change of stress produces a series of physical responses in the condyle and mandible and lead to the asymmetry of them in rats.
