摘 要:目的探讨大鼠脊髓拴系综合征术后后肢运动功能变化及临床意义。方法选取出生后20d的Wistar大鼠48只,随机分为3个实验组(术后24h、7、30d)及相应的对照组。实验组行腰骶部椎板切除加终丝缝合固定,对照组仅行椎板切除术,术后采用改良的Tarlov分级法,观察大鼠后肢行为学功能的变化。结果实验组术后24h无明显后肢功能障碍,术后7d后肢肌力有所下降,但与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),术后30d大鼠双后肢肌力明显下降,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.01),且30d与7d的Tarlov评分与对照组相比亦差异显著(P<0.01),伴有后肢肿胀、溃疡。结论为脊髓拴系综合征疾病的治疗和临床研究提供了基础资料和依据。Objective To explore the change and clinical of motor function of hind limbs of rat model of tethered cord syndrome (TCS). Methods 48 Wistar rats of 20 days of postpartum were selected and divided into three experimental groups (24 h, 7 and 30 d after operation) and control groups randomly. The experimental groups were treated with lumbosacral laminectomy added filum terminals suture and control group was treated with laminectomy. Motor function of the hind limbs was assessed by Tarlov scales. Results There were no dysfunction on the hind limbs at 24 h postoperation and the functions of hind limbs had slight decrease at 7 d postoperation in experimental groups. But there was no significant difference in Tarlov grades between 7 d group and control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The muscle strength of hind limbs of 30 d group had obvious decline and there was significant difference, in Tarlov grades between 30 d group and control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). There were significant difference in Tarlov grades among 7 d, 30 d and control group (P 〈 0. 01 ) and the rats of 30 d group had swelling and ulcer on hind limbs. Conclusions These results provide base information evidence for treatment and clinical research of TCS.
