摘 要:目的探讨^99Tc^m-MIBI肿瘤显像、CT及血清CEA联合检测肺癌的临床价值。方法选择50例疑似肺癌患者,均行^99Tc^m-MIBI显像、CT扫描及CEA测定,3项检查中有2项阳性即诊断为联合检测阳性(肺癌)。结果^99Tc^m-MIBI显像诊断肺癌的灵敏度、特异度和准确度分别为83.3%、78.6%和82.0%;CT为80.6%、64.3%和76.0%;CEA为52.8%、64.3%和56.0%。三法联合检测为97.2%、91.7%和96.0%。结论^99Tc^m-MIBI肿瘤显像、CT及血清CEA联合检测提高了在肺癌的诊断及良恶性病变鉴别中的价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of the combination of three methods including ^99Tc^m-MIBI tumor imaging, CT and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in detecting lung cancers. Methods Fifty patients with suspected lung cancer underwent ^99Tc^m-MIBI tumor imaging, CT and measurements of CEA. When the results of above three examinations were positive over two, that was considered as positive results of combined examination(lung cancer). Results The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accurate value in assessing lung carcinomas were 83.3% ,78. 6% and 88.0% with ^99Tc^m-MIBI tumor imaging ;80.6% ,64.3% and 76.0% with CT;52.8%, 64.3% and 56.0% with CEA measurements respectively and were 97.2%, 91.7% and 96.0% with combined detection,respectively. Conclusion The combination of the three methods ^99Tc^m-MIBI tumor imaging, CT and CEA may be helpful in improving the diagnosis of lung cancers and is the better choice for the differentiating benign and malignant pulmonary lesions.
