摘  要:采用改进的溶胶-凝胶工艺,即将6063铝合金浸入50℃硅溶胶中30分钟后提拉取出、室温固化,在其表面形成硅基防护膜.原子力显微镜(AFM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能量色散谱(EDS)对硅膜形貌和成分的表征结果表明,硅膜均匀致密,由尺寸约为200nm的颗粒紧密、规则排列而成.Tafel极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)对硅膜耐蚀性能的研究结果表明,硅膜可以显著抑制基底铝合金的阳极溶解反应,对基底铝合金具有明显的防护效果,其耐蚀性能优于传统的铬酸盐转化膜.Silane coating was prepared on 6063 aluminum alloy by a modified sol-gel method. The treat- ments included dipping the alloy into silane sol at 50℃ for 30 min ,pulling it out slowly and then drying at room temperature. Atomic force microscopy ( AFM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) were employed to characterize the morphology and composition of the coating. It shows that the coating is uniform and compact, and composes of granules in size of 200 nm that array tightly and regularly. Electrochemical techniques, such as polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),were used to investigate the corrosion performance of the coating. It shows that the coating can greatly suppress the anodie dissolution of the aluminum alloy, thus provides strong protection. The corrosion resistance of the silane coating is much higher than that of the traditional chromate conversion coating.
