摘　　要：胰头十二指肠切除术是普通外科最复杂的手术之一.近年来,随着胰头十二指肠切除术的增多,对其血管变异认识逐渐深入.本文介绍一些我们在手术中遇到的血管变异和处理经验.Pancreatoduodenectomy has been one of the most complicate operations in general surgery. Over the past decade, with an increasing number of pancreaticoduodenectomy cases, people have gained an in-depth understanding of blood vessel variation gradually. The aim of this study is to introduce some vascular variants we discovered in the course of pancreatoduodenectomy.
