摘 要:目的探讨前列腺癌(PCa)中血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体(AT1R)的表达和微血管密度(MVD)的关系及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测50例PCa组织及19例前列腺增生(BPH)组织中AT1R的表达及MVD。结果AT1R在PCa组织和BPH组织表达差异有显著性(P<0.01);AT1R在PCa不同组织分化组间、不同临床分期间差异有显著性(P<0.05),其阳性表达率随分化程度的降低、临床分期的增高而增高。PCa组织中MVD明显高于BPH组织(P<0.01),随组织分化程度的降低、临床分期的增高而增高(分别为P<0.01,P<0.05);PCa组织中AT1R表达阳性者MVD明显升高(P<0.05),两者存在正相关关系(r=0.647)。结论AT1R高表达和微血管形成在PCa的发生、发展中起重要作用,且两者密切相关;联合检测AT1R及MVD对判断PCa的恶性程度及预后可能具有重要的临床意义;特异性阻断AT1R可能是治疗PCa的一种新方法。Objective To explore the relationship and the significance between the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor (ATIR) and microvessel density (MVD) in prostate carcinoma (PCa). Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to study ATIR and MVD in tissue samples of 50 cases of prostate carcinoma and 20 eases of benign prostatic hyperplasia ( BPH ). Results There was a significant difference in AT1R expression between PCa and BPH ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and there was a significant difference in MVD between PCa and BPH ( P 〈0. 01 ). The positive rate of AT1R and MVD is associated with differentiated degrees and clinical stages in PCa. MVD in AT1R positive group was significantly higher than that in AT1R negative ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was a positive correlation between ATIR expression and MVD ( r = 0. 647 ). Conclusions The high expression of AT1R is correlated with the formation of microvessel, they play important roles in development of PCa. AT1R and MVD examination is useful for the judgment of malignant degree and prognosis. The specific blockade of AT1R might be a noteworthy antieaneer therapeutic option in prostate carcinoma.
