摘　　要：目的评价Replace Implant System(Replace种植系统)的临床效果。方法用Replace种植系统进行延期或即刻种植,采用埋入式二次手术方式及非埋置式一次手术,对56例患者植入112枚种植体,金属烤瓷冠修复,临床随访观察3年。结果种植体成功率100%,种植体周围齿槽骨水平吸收<0.2 mm/年,烤瓷冠崩瓷4颗,种植体周围龈炎11颗。结论Replace种植系统适用于常见的牙列缺损的延期和即刻种植,临床效果较好。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of replace implant system. Methods Replace implant system was used to delayed or immediate implant. One hundred and twelve replace implants were placed into maxillary and mandibular of 56 patients used nonsubmerged and submerged surgery , implant restoration was completed with Porcelain-used-to metal crown （ golden Alloy ）. The patients were followed-up for 3 years. Results Success rate of implant was 100 %. The horizontal resorption of implant periph alveolous bone 〈 0. 2 mm/year. Four porcelain fused metal crowns collapsed. Eleven implants had implant periph gingival inflammation. Conclusion Replace implant system is suitable for delayed and immediate implantation of frequent default of dentition. The clinical effects of Replace implant system are practical and reliable.
