急性脑梗死患者抗凝血酶Ⅲ、D-二聚体、血小板聚集和纤维蛋白原的测定

摘　　要：目的检测脑梗死患者的血小板聚集功能(PAgT)、抗凝血酶Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)和D-二聚体(D-D)的变化。方法PAgT采用比浊法,AT-Ⅲ采用发色底物法,D-D和Fib采用免疫比浊法,对脑梗死患者组100例,与正常对照组60例进行上述4个项目的检测分析。结果脑梗死患者组AT-Ⅲ为(80.01±11.31)%,明显低于对照组的(100.1±11.8)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D-D、Fib和PAgT明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论可以将AT-Ⅲ、D-D、Fib和PAgT作为脑梗死诊断的参考指标。Objective To measure the change of function of platelet aggregation test（ PAgT）, an-tithrombin（ ATⅢ ） , Fib and D-dimmer（ D-D）, and to compare the change fore and after treatment. Methods We a-dopt to turbidimetry for PagT, 100 patients with cerebral infarction during acute phase and 60 normal contrals. Results AT is 80. 01 ± 11.31% in the cerebral infarction group, markedly lower than that of the controls [ （80. 01 ± 11.31 ） % , P 〈 0. 05 ]. D-D, Fbg and PagT are higher than the controis （P 〈 0.01 ）. There are obvious change in before and after therapy. Conclusion AT Ⅲ, D-D, Fib and PAgT can be used for reference indexes in diagnosis , therapy and detecting effect of cerebral infarction.
