去甲长春花碱与顺铂联合方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察去甲长春花碱与顺铂（NP）方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法：NVB25mg／m^2，静脉注射，第1,8天；DDP20mg／m^2，静脉滴注（不水化），第1～4天。21d为1个周期，32例病人全部进行3个周期化疗。结果：CR2例（6．25％），PR9例（28．1％），SD13例（40．6％），PD8例（25％），有效率为33．3％。结论：NP方案对于晚期非小细胞肺癌病人是一个安全有效的联合化疗方案。Objective：To observe the recent therapeutic effect of non-small cell carcinoma of lung（NCCN）with NP program. Methods： NVB 25mg/m^2 was administered intravenously on the 1st and eighth day and DDP 20mg/m^2 （nonhydrate） ,on the 1st to fourth day. A period lasted twenty-one days. All of thirty two cases were treated for three periods. Results.. CR occured in 2 cases（6. 25%） ,PR in 9 cases（28. 1%） ,SD in 13 cases（40. 6%） ,PD in 8 cases （25. 0%）, effective rate was 33. 3%. Conclusion： As a combined chemotherapy the NP program is a safe and and effective therapy for the advanced NCCN.
