摘　　要：[目的]检测FAP和TGFβ1在宫颈癌中的表达及其意义。[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法对54例宫颈癌进行FAP和TGFβ1的检测。[结果]在54例宫颈癌间质中FAP表达阳性率为88.89%,正常宫颈组织中无表达。FAP表达与宫颈癌的临床分期有关,与淋巴结转移和病理分级无关。在54例宫颈癌组织中,TGFβ1表达阳性率为87.04%。TGFβ1表达与宫颈癌的临床分期和病理分级有关,与淋巴结转移无关。FAP表达与TGFβ1阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.546,P=0.000)。[结论]FAP的表达与宫颈癌演进有关。TGFβ1可诱导癌组织中反应性间质产生,从而促进FAP表达和肿瘤演进。[Purpose] To investigate the expression and significance of fibroblast activation protein （FAP） and TGFβ1 in cervical carcinoma. [Methodsl The expression of FAP and TGFβ1 in 54 cases with cervical carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemical staining. [Results] The positive rate of FAP expression was 88.89% in 54 stroma with cervical carcinoma; while negative expression, in normal cervical tissue. FAP expression correlated wiith clinical stage, but not corre- lated with pathological grade and lymph node metastasis. The positive rate of TGFβ1 was 87.04% in 54 cases with cervical carcinoma. The expression of TGFβ1 correlated with clinical stage and pathological grade, but not correlated with lymph node metastasis. The expression of FAP and TGFβ1 had a positive correlation （1-=-0.546, P=0.000）. [Conclusion] The expression of FAP might relate to the progression of cervical cancer, TGFβ1 can induce to generate cancer-reactive stroma thus contribute to tumor progression.
