带蒂背阔肌肌瓣转移修复乳腺癌保乳手术后乳房缺损30例分析

摘　　要：[目的]探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术后乳房缺损的修复方法。[方法]回顾30例采用带蒂背阔肌肌瓣转移修复保乳手术后乳房缺损的乳腺癌病人,分析局部复发率和远处转移情况,评价其乳房外形及触感。[结果]经过6～48个月随访,30例病人中,除2例出现远处转移,未发现局部复发者。乳房外形和触感的满意率分别为93%和90%。[结论]采用带蒂背阔肌肌瓣转移修复保乳手术后乳房缺损能保证局部低复发率,能达到良好的美容效果。[Purpose ] To investigate the method of repairing dificent breast after breast-conserving surgery in early breast cancer. [Methods] Thirty cases with breast cancer undergoing breast-con- serving surgery and repair with latissimus dorsalis muscle were reviewed. The local recurrence and distance metastasis were analyzed. The appearance of breast and feeling of all patients were estimated. [Results] The follow-up period was 6 to 48 months and no ease with local recurrence expect 2 cases with distant metastasis. The satisfied rates of appearance and feeling of the breast were 93% and 90% respectively. [Conclusion] Repairing dificent breast with latissimus dorsalis muscle after breast-conserving surgery reduces the rate of local recurrence and makes good cosmetic effect.
