摘  要:利用深床干燥实验台进行稻谷干燥试验,研究减少稻谷干燥后爆腰率的工艺参数。通过单因素试验和二次回归正交旋转组合试验,建立热风温度、表现风速、谷层厚度、初始含水率及缓苏时间与爆腰率增值间关系的数学模型,分析各因素的效应与主次顺序,发现缓苏时间对稻谷爆腰率增值影响显著。采用优化求解方法,确定爆腰率增值最小条件下工艺参数的优化组合为:初始含水率25%,缓苏时间4.6h,热风温度74.33℃,表现风速0.92m.s-1,谷层厚度40cm。为优化干燥工艺参数和提高稻谷干燥品质提供参考。Rice drying experiment was conducted on a deep fixed-bed dryer in order to investigate drying technique parameters for reducing additional crack percentage of flee. Through single factor experiment and quadrate orthogonal rotating regressional experiment mathematical models describing relationship of additional crack percentage with drying air temperature, drying air velocity, rice thickness, original moisture content and tempering time were established, order and impact of influeing factor on additional crack percentage of rice were detemined. Using optimization algorithm optimam combination of drying technique parameter for minimum additional crack percentage was calculated which provided references for determination of drying technique parameters and increment of drying quality of rice. The suitable conditions were original moisture content 25%, tempering time 4.6h, drying air temperature 74.33℃, drying air velocity 0.92m.s^-1, thickness 40cm.
