摘　　要：高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。辅导员队伍建设的核心问题是实现职业化。加强辅导员队伍职业化建设,已成为高校辅导员队伍建设的重要内容,对于增强高校思想政治工作的针对性和实效性具有重要意义。本文试从辅导员队伍职业化的内涵探析、辅导员职业化的现状透视、辅导员职业化的标准建构、辅导员职业化的路径选择四个方面对高校辅导员队伍职业化建设略作粗浅探讨。The college student tutors are the main strength in carrying out college student ideological and political education, and the core problem in tutor development is professionalization, which has become the main content of high education tutor construction and has great significance, This article will explore the problem of professionahzation of college student tutors from the aspects of connotation analysis, development situation, standard construction and methodology choice.
