摘  要:筛选了一株产类胡萝卜素的间型脉孢菌(Neurospora intermedia),研究了该菌发酵过程中培养条件、添加物和光照条件对类胡萝卜素产量的影响.实验结果表明,间型脉孢菌产类胡萝卜素的适宜温度为30℃;当培养基中添加了1.5 mg/L没食子酸和0.05 g/L植酸钙后,所培养菌丝中类胡萝卜素含量分别可达46.44和54.03(μg/g干菌体),比对照产量分别提高了100%和133%(以干菌体计);增加光照对菌体产类胡萝卜素也有明显的促进作用,与对照相比,类胡萝卜素产量提高了73.7%.间型脉孢菌孢子中类胡萝卜素含量明显高于菌丝含量,达145.5μg/g孢子.固体培养时产孢量大,因此物料中类胡萝卜素产量可达81.94μg/g干曲.The work screened a strain of Neurospora intermedia that yield carotenoids. The effect factors on output of carotenoids such as culture conditions, species additives and the illumination for N. intermedia in the fermentation process were studied. The results showed that optimum temperature of producing carotenoids was 30℃, when added 1.5 mg/L gallic acid and 0. 05 g/L phytin respectively into the culture medium, the carotenoids content of mycelium was up to 46.44 and 54.03 (μg/g dry cell), the carotenoids yield increased by 100% and 133% (dry cell) than the control respectively. Illumination had an obvious effect on promoting output of carotenoids, compared with the control, the carote- noids production increased by 73.7%. The carotenoids content in spores ofN. intermedia is as high as 145. 5 μg/g(dry spore), significantly higher than that of mycelium content. Spore production capacity was larger in culture solid, so the carotenoids content of materials was 81.94 μg/g dry koji.
