摘　　要：本文从科学技术飞速发展给护理工作带来的新课题及我国护理队伍的现状出发,试述继续护理教育的迫切性和必要性,探索适应我国国情的继续护理教育的途径。The urgency and necessity of continuing nursing education from the new topic brought to mursing by rapid development of scientific technology and the present condition of the quality of our nurses so as to investigate the approach of continuing nursing education fitting the national conditions of our country are discussed.
