摘　　要：针对离散型制造业企业信息化的技术规划和推广应用两个关键问题,根据这类企业的管理和业务特点,采用业务流程模型和数据关系模型并行分析的方法,给出了"提高规划层次"和"进行常态管理"的信息化规划策略和技术规划流程,提出了"企业为主,全员参与""技术恰当,注重整体"和"形成闭环,一次切换"的信息化系统应用策略,同时给出了解决"设计和工艺数据传递""物料编码规范维护""计划的编制反馈"和"业务规范化"几个离散型制造业企业信息化难点问题的方法。Aimed at the two key questions of discrete manufacturing enterprise＇s informatization, which are named technological plan and application, the methods of business process model and data relationship model were parallelly analyzed to give the informatization plan＇s strategy and technological plan＇s flow of ＂improving plan＇s level＂ and ＂normal manage＂ and to put forward informationization system＇s appliance strategy, namely, ＂giving priority to enterprise and collectivity participation＂, ＂proper technique and thinking highly of the whole＂ and ＂forming closed loop and one-off switch＂ according to the enterprise＇ s characteris- tics of management and business. At the same time, some difficult questions of discrete manufacturing enterprise＇s informatization about ＂designing and transfering technology＂, ＂materiel coding model＇s maintenance＂, ＂plan＇s personnel feedback＂, ＂business＇s standardization＂ are put forward.
