浅析河南省经济发展与污染排放的关系及对策

摘　　要：以1997年-2006年河南省三废及污染物排放的统计数据为依据,分析研究了在河南经济发展过程中,主要环境污染物排放的年度特征。研究结果表明:十年来,工业三废产生量或排放量呈上升趋势,特别是大气污染物SO2及废水COD指标不降反升,对河南省完成"十一五"末的减排任务带来很大压力。文章分析了其中原因并提出了针对性建议。This paper attempts to analyze the annual characteristics of main pollutants in the course of economic development in Henan Province based on the statistic data of GDP and the discharge of pollutants from 1997 to 2006. This research indicates that there is an increasing tendency for the wastes amount of the products and the discharge from industry in decades. Especially the atmospheric pollutant SO2 and the index of wastewater COD were increased, which brings great pressure for Henan province to fulfill the task of reducing the waste discharge in the Development Plan of Economy. This paper not only analyzes the reasons but also makes some proper suggestions.
