摘　　要：①目的探讨乳腺癌中CerbB-2基因蛋白及雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的表达及其预后相关性。②方法收集180例乳腺癌石蜡标本,应用免疫组化"二步法"检测CerbB-2、ER、PR在上述病变中的表达。③结果ER阳性63例,PR阳性81例,CerbB-2阳性108例,ER、PR、CerbB-2表达与乳腺癌患者年龄、肿块大小、肿块部位、淋巴结转移情况、月经状态有一定相关性。ER、PR表达与CerbB-2表达呈负相关,ER、PR表达呈显著正相关。④结论ER、PR及CerbB-2的表达与临床各因素有一定相关性,可作为独立的预后因素指导乳腺癌的治疗。Objective To investigate the expressions of C -erbB -2, estrogen receptor（ER） and progesterone receptor（PR） in breast cancer and the correlation with prognosis. Methods The samples of 180 breast cancer were collected, then the expression of CerbB - 2, ER and PR were detected with 2 step method. Results The positive expression of C - erbB - 2, ER and PR were 108, 63 and 81 respectively, and which were correlated with patient age, lump size and site, lymphatic metastasis and catamenia situation. The expression of ER and PR was negative correlated with CerbB - 2 , while the expression of PR was positive correlated with the expression of PR. Conclusion There were relations between the expressions of C - erbB - 2, ER and PR and clinical factors, and which could be used as prognosis factors to instruct the treatment of breast cancer.
