摘　　要：结合高技术特点,深入分析了对高技术虚拟企业(High-tech virtual enterprise,HTVE)具有重要影响作用的风险因素。在此基础上,利用解析结构模型(Interpretative Structural Modeling,ISM)对HTVE风险因素之间的相互影响关系进行了描述与研究,得到了HTVE风险解析结构模型。通过对HTVE风险的ISM进行分析可知,知识风险、资金风险和市场风险是影响HTVE的3个主要风险因素。从而,可以有针对性地制定相应的风险控制策略,降低HTVE的风险,为HTVE的风险管理提供了理论依据和分析手段。Based on the characteristics of high-tech, the paper thoroughly analyzes the risk factors which significantly influence the High-tech virtual enterprises. On this basis,the interactional relationship among the HTVE risk factors are described and researched by Interpretative Structural Modeling（ISM ） and the interpretative structural model of the HTVE risk was obtained. From the analysis of the ISM of the HTVE risk it is known that knowledge risk, capital risk and market risk are the main risk factors influencing HTVE,which is beneficial to pertinently make the risk control strategy,minimize the HTVE risks,finally,we provide a theoretical basis and analytical tools for HTVE risk management.
