人脑胶质瘤中Cx43mRNA及其蛋白的表达意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Cx43基因表达与胶质瘤恶性程度的关系。方法采用免疫组化及原位杂交技术检测Cx43基因的表达。结果Cx43mRNA及其蛋白表达随着胶质瘤组织学分级的提高呈下降趋势,Cx43蛋白表达结果与Cx43mRNA的表达结果之间呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。人脑胶质瘤中Cx43mRNA及蛋白表达与肿瘤分级呈负相关。结论Cx43基因表达与胶质瘤恶性进展密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between Cx43 gene expression and the malignant degree of glioma. Methods The techniques of immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expression of Cx43. Results Expression of Cx43 at mRNA and protein levels showed a decrease tendency with the advance of histological grade of glioma. The expression of Cx43 protein was negatively correlated with that of Cx43mRNA. （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Expression of Cx43 at mRNA and protein levels in human brain glioma is negatively related with the grade of tumor, which hints that expression of Cx43 gene is closely correlated with the malignant progression of glioma.
