韩资企业撤离中国的深层原因分析

摘　　要：韩资企业撤离中国有其内外部原因,即投资项目规模小、投资产业结构不合理、投资带有盲目性、企业本土化程度低等内因,以及中国劳动力成本上升、中国对外资优惠政策的调整、人民币升值、对外资"重引进,轻管理"等外因。因此,需要从政府、企业及个人三个层面采取系统的应对策略。The research is based on the historical stage features of the investment from Korean-capital-enterprises to China and the objective status of their evacuating from China.As well as applied rand-problem-analysis-technique to analyze and cognize the specific structure of the problem of Korean-capital-enterprises evacuating from china,the author analyzed the internal and external reasons thereof,and then proposed the three-dimensional systematic coping strategies accordingly.
