摘　　要：就当前的就业形势及对人才的要求,具体分析了目前工科院校在人才培养方面所存在的问题,详细论述了对应用型人才培养需要注重的几个方面,并从六个方面深入探讨了如何遵循教育规律加强应用型人才培养,通过加强这六个方面的工作,可以提升毕业生的就业能力。In this paper, aiming at employment and the demand to employees, analyzed the problems of training the students for engineering colleges and universities in detail, and discussed the focus of training practical graduated students with several points in detail too, and inquired out how to train practical graduated students properly by the inherent laws of things. Through strengthening six points for the inherent laws of training practical graduated students, the abilities, which were for students to obtain the jobs, could be prorooted.
