北京市大兴区部分成年妇女对铁强化酱油的知晓与购买情况调查  

Investigation on the Status of Understanding and Purchase of Iron Fortified Soy Sauce among some Adult Women in Daxing District of Beijing City

摘　　要：[目的]了解北京市大兴区居民对铁强化酱油的知晓率及产品购买情况。[方法]2005年12月至2006年1月,在大兴区抽取部分成年妇女进行调查。[结果]调查成年妇女600人,见过铁强化酱油的占27.33%,这一比例,知识女性为26.75%,拦截调查的普通妇女为28.50%(P>0.05);购买过铁强化酱油的占11.00%,这一比例,知识女性为10.00%,普通妇女为13.00%(P>0.05)。[结论]大兴区成年女性对铁强化酱油的知晓率和购买率均较低。[Objective]To understand the status of understanding and purchase of iron fortified soy sauce among residents in Daxing district of Beijing. [Methods]Adult women selected from Daxing district of Beijing were investigated from December,2005 to January, 2006. [Results]Of the 600 adult women investigated, 27.33 % of them had seen iron fortified soy sauce,of them intellectual women accounted for 26.75% . The general women investigated on-the-spot accounted for 28.5% （P 〉0.05）, 11.00% of them had bought iron fortified soy sauce, of them intellectual women accounted for 10. 00% ,general women accounted for 13.00% （ P 〉 0.05）. [ Conclusion] The understanding and purchase rate of iron fortified soy sauce among adult women in Daxing district were lower.
