摘　　要：新办专业是高等院校发展的主要标志,也是高校办学理念、办学特色和办学实力的重要体现。以抽样调查为基础,分层对当前我国高等院校的新办专业数量、门类进行统计分析,结合对新办专业设置的背景、动因透视,查找高校新办专业设置存在的主要问题和薄弱环节,并对新办专业的建设与管理等提出对策建议。The new specialized subjects are the main signs of educational development for universities.They show the goals of the college education and the character of the school management.A sampling survey is made to find out the main problems in the subjects' establishment at different college levels.Considering the background and the motives of their settings,this paper analyzes the amount and direction of the new specialized subjects,and gives some advice about the subject establishment and management.
