摘　　要：文章从复杂性内涵出发,通过分析循环经济系统的开放性、动态演化性、多层次性、非线性、自组织性等特征,指出循环系统本身是一个复杂系统,进而分析了循环经济的复杂性构成,并从政府、企业、社会公众、宏观社会环境和产业环境五个维度探讨了发展循环经济互动与协同的关系。Starting from the connotation of complexity, this paper anal- yses the characteristics of recycling economy system： openness, dynamic evolution, multilevel, nonlinear quality and self-organizing quality, pointing out that recycling system itself is a complex system. Besides the paper sludies the recycling economy structure in terms of the complexity and discusses the interaction and collaboration in＇ developing recycling economy from five dimensions of government, enterprises, social public, industrial environment, and macro social environment.
