摘  要:目的观察针刺对宫内感染致脑损伤仔鼠脑神经丝蛋白(NFP)表达及神经行为的影响。方法建立孕鼠腹腔注射脂多糖(LPS)造成感染性的仔鼠脑损伤模型(LPS组),以注射同等剂量的生理盐水为对照组。LPS组足月产仔鼠随机分为针刺组与模型组,针刺组仔鼠生后8d起给予针刺干预。3组分别于生后21d进行悬吊试验;对仔鼠脑组织NFP进行免疫组织化学染色分析。结果悬吊试验评分及NFP阳性光密度比较,均为对照组最高,针刺组其次,模型组最低(均P<0.01)。结论针刺能提高宫内感染致脑损伤仔鼠脑NFP表达和肢体运动功能的恢复。Objective To explore the effects of early acupuncture on the expression of neurofilament protein (NFP) in the brain and the neurobehavior of the neonatal rats with brain injury. Methods The pregnant Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: lipopolysaccharide (LPS) group and control group, which were consecutively injected intraperitoneally with LPS Or saline. The full-term newborn rats from LPS group were randomly divided into acupuncture group and model group. Acupuncture group was acupunctured from postnatal 8 d. They were evaluated with hanging test, and the expression of NFP was detected with immunohis- tochemical stain 21 d after birth. Results Both the scores of hanging test and the expression of NFP were the highest in the control group, the lowest in the model group and medium in the acupuncture group (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Acupuncture may increase the expression of NFP and improve locomotor function of the neonatal rats with brain injury caused by intrauterine infection.
