摘  要:香港引导式教育系统以教育的原理统筹残疾儿童康复工作,体现了以人为本的康复理念,尊重残疾儿童人格意愿和发展需求,将国际引导式教育先进思想与本地实际相结合,创造了符合港情的教育康复系统,帮助众多的残疾儿童通过学习,提高社会适应能力,达到全人发展,为融入社会和贡献社会打下了好的基础,值得内地康复服务机构及广大康复工作者学习、借鉴。The conductive education system in Hong Kong is considered to be suitable to the rehabilitation work for children with disabilities, with the philosophy of person-hased, respecting the children personality and their development needs. The system integrates the international conductive education into local rehabilitation, and creates education-rehabilitation system adopting Hong Kong conditions. Through this system many children with disabilities are improving their ability of adopting society, which is a good foundation for them to their social inclusion. Their experiences are worth to learn and reference by rehabilitation institutes and workers in China's Mainland.
