摘　　要：本文报道了聚氧乙烯木醣醇酐单硬脂酸酯对大鼠致畸试验结果。剂量分别为750、1500和7500mg/kg时,该化学物对孕鼠体重增长无抑制作用,不影响胎仔存活及发育,也不引起胎仔外观、内脏及骨骼畸形,因此可以认为该化学物无胚胎毒性及致畸性。The results of the teratogenic test of polyoxyethylene xytitol monoslearate in rats are reported in this paper. When the test dosages are 7500, 1500 and 750mg/kg respectively, the chemical does not inhibit the weight increase: of pregnant rats. The test results showed that the chemical neither influences the living and growth nor causes the malformation of appearance, viscera and bones in the fetus, suggesting that polyoxyethylene xytitol monostearate had no embryotoxicit and teratogenic effect.
