摘　　要：首先介绍了包装机械中的裹包机在生产中常出现的故障诊断技术的基本内容 ,然后指出了单纯基于数据处理的各种传统诊断方法和一般专家诊断方法的缺点 ,进而探讨神经网络专家系统故障诊断方法用于系统故障诊断的基本原理、结构具有自学习等优越性 ,并概括介绍了包装机器人神经网络专家诊断系统以及它的功能。This paper introduces the trouble-shooting for the faults of packing machines occuring frequently in production and then points out the shortcomings from traditional trouble-shooting method and general method that based on only the data treatment and discusses the basic principles of new trouble-shooting methods and finally introduces the function,characteristics and its simulation of packing robot.
